Ratings and reviews

since the latest update on the GlobeOne app I cannot subscribe to additional add-on subscriptions for postpaid account. My account is in good standing (even a prepaid credit.) When I try to subscribe and choose the method of payment , nothing happens. The subscribe tab button does not activate and turn blue. I have tried now 4 days in a row on WIFI, stand alone mobile, and even public WIFI. The issue is the application is buggy (as of 28 AUG 2025.)

The app is seamless and fast for payments and account related activities, but has a seemingly uncontrollable directive to send multiple unrequested (spam) offers to my Messages folder almost daily. I once stopped such notifications only to realize that important alerts (payments & receipts, for example) are lumped in with the frivolous ones. So, I endure the downside of this otherwise well-designed application. I'd like more control over these notices, if possible.

I really like the app, it’s very easy to use and helpful. Although there are some things that I would recommend for the promos and stuffs, just like the Go+99, where you get 8GB of data and free 8GB for your choice of apps. I really recommend expanding the apps being used on the freebies, like for GoWatch, you guys should add Loklok and other platforms that can be used for watching movies or shows. This is the bestest thing I can recommend. I hope you guys see this.
