Cool concept providing non-expiry load, however, I do feel like the items are too overpriced, especially when there's only one option to get calls and text (499). I would've liked it if instead of buying that overpriced offer, we could trade data to get (x) texts or (x) mins of calls. Not to mention how data speed seems to be capped for UnliData offers. Needs improvement and listen to what the community wants will definitely help grow this network better rather than a network driven with greed.

I tried to purchase a sim for my sister through the app but when I reached the payment method page, I always get an error message, "Oops! There's something wrong. Please try again later." We attempted multiple times but still unsuccessful. We even waited overnight and tried again, uninstall-and-install the app but received the same error message. I was able to purchase the sim on the website. Please fix the error on the app!

You new app, or updates you made is not enjoyable, rather it's frustrating, I said that for 2 reasons, first when you put in your payment information, it's being covered by line, so you don't see if you are typing the right information, second when it asks for the otp, if you minimize the app to get the otp the otp window closes out, so I had to get another phone and insert the sim card so I can get the otp without the need to minimize the window. can you imagine how hassle it is for customer.
