This should be 0 star. My money is stuck with them, they allow cash ins but you can't use that money for the Level 1 account. Applying for level 2 is very hard, I applied last Jan 14 and until today, Jan 28, my Level 2 request is still pending for review. I already messaged them in messenger and sent an email to the customer support team but still there is no update about my request. Why are cash ins allowed in Level 1 if you can't use the money anyway?

For an app that was supposedly convenient you sure as hell not, been trying to upgrade our account to level 2 as we really need the funds currently in the app for transactions which are not currently available for level 1 users and you keep rejecting our request for upgrade for the reason that the photo is blurry when in fact when we took and send the photos it was not blurry at all.
