Been messaging them to help me upgrade my account to level 2. But 5 days later still not upgrading. I tried messaging and calling them but still no progress. I cannot cash out my money. I need it to pay my dues but they are very slow. This is very frustrating. Give me back my money!!!! The worst ever digital wallet!!!

I'm having trouble getting back to apps I use biometric to log but now only way is password since I forgot it, I try to forgot password it did not verify the code that you provided. how come if that is from your company very inconvenient I still have funds on that apps but now I can't open it. your fast action will much appreciated.

I transferred money to bank but it did not sent to my bank! This is so infuriating! I contacted customer service but no help at all! If this is not resolve I will have to elevate this to legal matter!
