Very disappointing customer support. Their responses take an extremely long time, and when they do reply, the answers are not helpful at all. All of their contact numbers are either unreachable or nobody answers. The refund for my prepaid load that was never credited has still not been processed even after more than a month. Extremely frustrating experience and it feels like they do not care about their customers’ concerns.

I've been using this for almost 2 years and it was very fast, secure, convenient; and a financially savvy ways to purchase goods, paying bills and services across the board. It provides unmatched convenience when it comes to making online transactions. You can make payments from anywhere as long as you have internet connections, and it eliminates the needs to carry cash and saving your time. A hussle free e-wallet. Super recommended! 👌
