Very disappointing customer support. Their responses take an extremely long time, and when they do reply, the answers are not helpful at all. All of their contact numbers are either unreachable or nobody answers. The refund for my prepaid load that was never credited has still not been processed even after more than a month. Extremely frustrating experience and it feels like they do not care about their customers’ concerns.

This should be 0 star. My money is stuck with them, they allow cash ins but you can't use that money for the Level 1 account. Applying for level 2 is very hard, I applied last Jan 14 and until today, Jan 28, my Level 2 request is still pending for review. I already messaged them in messenger and sent an email to the customer support team but still there is no update about my request. Why are cash ins allowed in Level 1 if you can't use the money anyway?
