This should be 0 star. My money is stuck with them, they allow cash ins but you can't use that money for the Level 1 account. Applying for level 2 is very hard, I applied last Jan 14 and until today, Jan 28, my Level 2 request is still pending for review. I already messaged them in messenger and sent an email to the customer support team but still there is no update about my request. Why are cash ins allowed in Level 1 if you can't use the money anyway?

Their id list has tin but they declined it. Tried sss with valid ssn but they disabled the account. They dont accept philhealth either. Dont ever make the mistake of using this mafia app!
