Ratings and reviews

It offers the opportunity to grab your dream device. However, they have offers in the app but when you click it disappears and boom, no longer available. It asks you to update profile but when you submit, the offer is gone. I took a snip of it and the AI said it is not available for me. So somehow I feel decieved. And also, there is no option to pay bills in my app but in some they have.

Very user friendly. User interface is good. Although, there may seem to be a problem when loading the products. It is somehow slow despite having a good and stable internet connection. However, I cannot disregard the fluid process. Superb.

Scammer sales associates. Never make the mistake of trusting their sales associates like I did. I walked into their partner store with a preapproved loan of their promo of 0% interest but their sales associate changed my loan type to something with interest. They are trained to scam. I will never again use this app. Customer service also very unhelpful.
