same review from last 2022. app for some reason needs me to re-log in after update. when i do log in, it says i am to receive an OTP. but no OTP comes. i tried uninstall install, sign up again, nothing works. plus custome service asks for a screen shot showing i did not receive OTP. what screen shot do you need? one without any OTP? then you'll just get the view of the app doing count down for OTP entry. tsk tsk poor customer service to think i have been a repeat customer multiple times.

It was okay before. But both Customer Service and app is not good anymore. Applied for a phone loan but when it was sent for approval it disappeared all of a sudden. Called Customer Service and I was advised I don't have an offer when I just applied few minutes before I called them. 😔😑🥴

I tried making the payment on the Home Credit App but the payment did not go through but I got charged on my bank. Also the customer service representative are so useless. I spent 3 hours just to get the issue resolve but nothing happened. I'm trying to be a good customer by paying my bills on time but the HC App and all the representative that I've talked to are useless. Even the supervisor and the manager are useless
