loan plan is great, the app itself is great, but costumer service is very poor. i contacted the costumer service through the app because i have some issues but the first one, i got disconnected. second one, he transferred me to other agent. IT TOOK MINUTES FOR THEM TO REPLY AND STILL CAN'T HELP ME WITH MY PROBLEM. FIX YOUR AGENTS.

Paying online has been great but this month, there's always been an error. I was asked to answer surveys about it for 3 times and still the issue isn't resolved. When I linked my bank, I was charged ₱180 for it. That's an extravagant amount!

It's already a month but I still can't pay thru app. It's inconvenient since the app is having technical issues. My internet connection is ok but this app is disgusting. If you cant pay faster in scheduled date HC keeps on calling you and they said that you just have to pay online but it's not working! That means our option is to pay manually instead in stores accepting home credit payment Please have time to check your online app.
