I cannot register on mobile app. It always says 'service unavailable' Tried uninstalling, re-installing, clearing cache, restarting phone, etc but still the same 😕 Update: 3/27/26 - I was able to successfully registered on mobile app. Hopefully they will add security measures like lock card feature, set to minimum 1 peso email alert notifs on tranx.

I hope you upgrade your app. Not loving it, limited access in app and online. please add features like :1. locking your card. 2. transaction limit access 3. Bill payment installments 4. I hope in the near future when you purchase something aywhere, it will reflect right away in the app, just like another credit card app.

I really liked the update but I hope HSBC will consider to add a temporary lock on the app for credit card purchases. it will give peace on our minds since we don't always go to the app to check our purchases. we could easily lock(if not in use) and unlock(if we need to use the card again) thru the mobile app. please 🙏 my other credit card bank issuer already has the lock/unlock feature. for sure you can do it too HSBC! More power!
