I'm having an issue logging into my account. So I contacted tech support. The first support said I need to use a different device. This is not a typical trouble shooting step. You do not ask your users to change the device when your service is down or having issues. I tried both web and mobile, both platforms have this issue. Insane trouble shooting

Assets wont show in the app, prices and profile wont update its status. Tried logging out, reinstall, and now got worse. Cannot log in anymore and tried many times and always with an error "Something went wrong. Unexpected error occured".

I like how the customer service helped me when I needed them. They were polite and understanding , there was a time I complained I thought it was the systems (pdax) mistake that the money I sent did not get through but I was wrong the whole time. It was my honest mistake. I would not tell the whole details but they help all throughout, I was very sorry for their effort also their customer service was still polite to accept my apology. I hope PDAX will always be this good to their clients.
