Ratings and reviews

Laggy. Lacks features compared with international exchanges. Basic compared to international exchanges. When a buy order is rejected or failed, won't tell you why or direct you to what you should do. No educational materials. No demo trade. No copy trade. UI is user friendly but you should have at least a bit of knowledge in trading/investing.

Poor support services. My verification got stuck twice, one is failed due to facial recognition and one that took another 5-7 days of waiting with a total of 3 weeks and a days of waiting. It was so suck that i dont want to get this app and just forced by our HR to use. COINS.ph is much more efficient than this app.

Cannot even logout the account, funny thing too they force you to update automatically you cannot even check what they offer in app. Now apparently have to wait 5 days for verification which is okay but honestly you could have allowed me to atleast logout.
