Billing details is not working / functioning in this updated version. It is not showing bill.

There has been a problem with load management section in this App for a few months, no data is showing, please solve this problem.

This App is good for none. It's another name of lollipop. I am saying this for certain reasons. Number one, load management schedule is wrong, even when there is no power supply the Feeder status is ON. Whenever, I complain, I get a message that the issue has been resolved but it never gets resolved so I have to complain again with reference to previous ticket number. They call you just to inform that they are closing the case. What's purpose of App when ur complain is not heard & addressed.?
