App was easy to use at first. I used it to access the load shedding schedule in my area but after that one time whenever I put in my reference number, it always said 'data not available.'

doesn't work at all, despite a healthy connection to the internet, the app shows toast of connection errors, very poorly architected app, lacking basic UX
