Unfortunately, my experience with Onic has been quite disappointing. Despite purchasing a package with 5000 off-net minutes, I've encountered issues accessing them. Whenever I attempt to make a call, I'm met with a 'busy' signal from my own dialing number, yet calls go through smoothly from other SIM cards. This lack of customer care support adds to the frustration. Regrettably, switching to this network has not met my expectations.

No Voicemail options. Onic App shouldn't be the only way to subscribe a package. Once you've ordered a number you don't have an option to make changes. Help desk isn't available during night shifts. It takes alot of time to reach Calling representative when needed.

Been using Ufone from 2021, just converted to Onic for their smart packages. Totally lie, as they are increasing them. Customer support is ZERO. I don't feel slow speed of Onic, as already using Ufone. But as compared to Zong and Jazz, they are still last in 4g speed. Only best thing about Onic is any network minutes.
