Due to network issues with other SIMS, I switched to Onic because they offered budget-friendly packages. In the beginning, the SIM warked well, but after some time, network problems started. In many places, the mobile data doesn't work, and most of the time the signals disappear completely. I end up waiting, hoping the data will start working, but it rarely does. I have to switch to airplane mode multiple times just to make the SIM work but got the same result, it has become so much frustrating

Very bad app service, i log in to app 10 times a day, then it becomes log out, and over all onic service is dull, signals issues, and plans are expensive.. and purchasing plan is such difficult in that the app is very slow and doesn't work while purchasing, today I've requested OTP for almost 10+ times for verifying new purchase, but didn't receive the otp.. very much disappointed and planning to switch to any other network...

Worst network coverage, internet services, Still big slogans. The budget you are spending on marketing, should be dedicated to improving service quality. Also, the app is notoriously bad, in fact a webview poorly implemented. Have to login, every few hours. No session persistence. Email and a single canceled order from the past are thighed together and when i am forced to login with number only. because email is thighed to a number whose order was cancelled.
