poor customer service. no responses to enquiries. It has taken 8 days to set up an account and still no success in sending funds overseas. I give you 0.5

it's not straight forward, very complicated to upload documents, my money I sent for family its stack in MasterRemit , they hold more than a week. until I wrote this review I didn't get any help. so poor system.
