bonprix is an international clothing brand, which inspire womens for over 25 years. Five own brands and amazing special collections were created in cooperation with fashion designers. Our brands interpret the latest trends and adapt them into the everyday needs of our customers living in 29 countries in Europe, Russia, North and South America.

Ratings and reviews

I would have given four and a half stars but the app won't permit that. The products are pretty qualitative and match their description and presentation photos (analyse them thoroughly- reviews are helpful ). The merchandise is not top branded but it can contain quality fabrics. Prices are mostly appropriate to the quality of the products. The ordered items arive as they are presented in the app. Only once in twenty orders have I received a different item than ordered.

I can't use the favourite feature without being spammed in emails about the price "being lowered" but they don't even specify how much it was lowered. The original price is not shown even on the website. This is very suspicious behaviour in my opinion. I can't find the unsubscribe button, I am unsubscribed in the app. Support just said "stop having favourites in our app". Thanks guys!
