Updated 25/12/2025: Still not able to connect to LTE network!! now I cant tell if I reached maximum GB or not! it used to work on MiFi but after the update it's no longer working! seriously with all the update you pushed you still cant fix it? if you are planning to force us to buy your own MiFi, we won't! and you will eventually lose your costumers!!!

Dear fastlink, no I won't buy your mini wifi when there is a million better option You advertise yourself as the fastest internet yet You're signal is weak in the middle of the city fix your app let it work on every other miniwifi like every other company or lose another customer you probably won't which is why I am switching the service provider to one of your many other competitors and would advice my colleagues to do the same, have fun losing your loyal customers

When my internet bundle is finished, the application completely stops working and keeps asking for an internet connection 😠. If my bundle is over, how am I supposed to renew or activate a new package? The app should at least allow access for renewal or account management. Very frustrating experience.
