InfoDziałka – fast parcel analysis in Poland based on official, open GUGiK data. (https://www.gov.pl/web/gugik)
The app has been developed since 2020, used by hundreds of thousands of people, and recognized with industry awards (including awards from GUGiK and the Surveyor General of Poland).
Check a parcel in seconds: boundaries, dimensions, area, parcel numbers, maps, land designation, and key planning information—both in the field and at your desk.
Key features:
• Parcel data: boundaries, area, boundary points, cadastral numbers + a PDF report with a coordinate list (PUWG 2000/1992).
• Terrain elevations (LiDAR): heights with accuracy down to 0.1 m at boundary points and in the surrounding area.
• Local zoning plans and MPZP: preview plan provisions, land use, and restrictions for the selected parcel + an MPZP report.
• Municipal General Plans (draft): check planned development directions in the municipality (where data is available).
• Real Estate Price Register (RCN): quick preview of purchase/sale transaction information for any selected parcel (where data is available).
• Maps and layers: orthophoto map, surveying and thematic maps; export to DXF/KML/JPG/TIFF and a georeferenced orthophoto excerpt.
• Navigation and geolocation: find nearby parcels and navigate directly to the selected one.
• Finding boundaries in the field: with your phone’s GPS (accuracy depends on the device) or with the E1 RTK GNSS kit—1–2 cm accuracy.
• Parcel notes: save parcels, photos, descriptions, and contacts in one place.
