About this app

With our Moje ING mobile application, you can do everything you do in computer banking - you don't have to choose where to log in. All functions are in the app. What will you do in my ING mobile?
• check the account balance and transaction history,
• log in with your fingerprint, face recognition or PIN,
• you pay for purchases with your phone card,
• deal with official matters with a trusted profile,
• you top up your phone,
• you can buy top-ups of Netflix, Spotify and other multimedia platforms,
• download discount codes for cheaper purchases and take advantage of the Visa Deals program.

Everything you expect from a bank:
• make a transfer, pay bills, pay off a credit card, set up standing orders,
• set savings goals and see your progress,
• you set up accounts, deposits, apply for loans or other bank products,
• you will change card transaction limits.

Simple payments, deposits and withdrawals:
• BLIK - you pay for your purchases with a code. You can withdraw money from an ATM, deposit cash in our CDMs, also to your savings account.
• Transfers to a BLIK telephone - you do not have to rewrite the recipient's account number, just enter the recipient's telephone number.
• Requests for transfer to a BLIK telephone and distribution of bills, thanks to which you can easily settle accounts.

Features that you can only use in the app:
• Account balance before logging in - you can set the view of the amount or percentage.
• Shortcuts before logging in - choose which functions are most important to you and which you want to have quick access to.
• Payment push notifications.
• Payments for parking lots - conveniently pay for parking in the application, without looking for parking meters - and only for the actual parking time.

Security in the Moje ING mobile application
Access to the application is protected by an individual 4-digit PIN, and entering the wrong PIN 3 times will block access to the application.
Data on accounts and other banking products are not stored in the phone memory, which increases the security of this data in the event of loss of the device.
Communication between the application and the bank's system is encrypted.
Behavioral verification is an additional security for your money. It makes it easier for us to check if you are logging in to the application and provides you with even greater protection against frauds.

Pros: I love the goals feature. I use it to manage my budget every month. Cons: not fully translated to English. For example, it's impossible to buy travel insurance because the text isn't visible. Had to go to the browser and buy in Polish.

It's alright, but it's annoying they don't give you the option to receive confirmation codes through email. It's actually quite dangerous to rely solely on one form of verification, especially the phone. It would be nice if you could choose which one you wish to use, primarily because most polish operators don't work abroad, and this can complicate things a lot. It would be nice if there was a way to make wire transfers, but obviously that is asking a lot.

Easy to use, lots of functionalities, much better than some other Polish banking apps. Edit: the app is very slow for a couple of months now. Even after changing to a much newer phone, it's still slow to enter my account and be able to do something. That's why I removed ⭐⭐ until it gets better

What's new

In the new version you can buy a parking ticket through Android Auto. Connect your phone to the car's display and pay for parking directly from your account. In addition, we have provided identity confirmation available through a trusted profile in the mobile application. Also, we introduced usability improvements for parking tickets and changes to improve the operation of the application.
