About this app

mObywatel is an application of the Ministry of Digital Affairs. Now you can safely, quickly, and conveniently use digital documents and handle your official matters online.

With mObywatel, you can:

- use digital documents, such as mDowód, electronic driving license (including temporary electronic driving license), ID cards (e.g. school, student, pensioner), Large Family Card, Diia.pl, and many others;
- handle your affairs from anywhere, e.g. submit applications, fill e-prescriptions, pay taxes;
- block your PESEL number to protect yourself against fraud and data theft;
- check information useful for drivers, such as data about your vehicles, penalty points, fines, as well as the vehicles which you want to buy;
- report environmental violations, e.g. abandoned garbage;
- make sure that the bus, which you are going to travel by, has valid technical inspections and civil liability insurance;
- check air pollution in your area;
- confirm your data in the Central Electoral Register and your voting place in the upcoming elections;
- present your train tickets for inspection in the Bilkom service;
- find useful information for travels abroad.

Edit 4/2/24 The latest update keeps displaying messages in Polish - this weekend elections - regardless of English being selected. Why like that? --- The very first step towards e-docs. Need more functionality i.e. driving license.

This app is horrible. I use it only several times a year and it never works as you expect because the docs become outdated and an activation via ePUAP is required - which, btw, is a horror story to get through. So each time I end up reinstalling the app. I'm fed up with this useless app.

I have rarely dealt with less reliable applications. The certificate expired and everytime i try to recertify it, it says 3 mins, ticks down a few seconds and then goes "ooops, something went wrong".

What's new

We have implemented corrections and improvements to services and documents, among others, data confirmation and ePayments. From now on, you can decide if you wish to receive notifications about payments and their statuses. You will find this option in the More tab on the notification management screen.
