About this app

Migrelle is a private, one-tap migraine and headache tracker that helps you understand your attacks — and walk into your next appointment with real data.

LOG IN ONE TAP
Press and hold to save an attack in a second, even mid-migraine. Add pain, aura, symptoms, medication and triggers later — no rush.

ONE QUESTION A DAY
Daily Pulse asks once a day whether it was a migraine day. One tap tells symptom-free days apart from days with no entry at all — the difference your doctor's report rests on. Evening reminder, home-screen widget, and a way to fill in the days you missed.

AFTER ACUTE MEDICATION
Log what you took during an attack and Migrelle comes back with two short questions, after about 2 hours and the next day: what happened to the pain, and how well you could function. Answers are grouped per medication in your report — a record of what you observed, never a verdict on the medication.

FIND YOUR TRIGGERS
Migrelle surfaces the patterns behind your attacks: weather and barometric pressure, sleep, stress, screens, your cycle. See what most often precedes a bad day.

A REPORT YOUR DOCTOR WILL ACTUALLY READ
Generate a clean PDF — migraine days, average severity, medication days (with a medication-overuse headache warning), symptom-free days and your top triggers. Everything computed on your device. Premium adds the full dossier: month by month, a calendar for every month, and every attack with the medication you took and the answer 2 hours later.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
End-to-end encrypted and local-first. Your health data lives on your phone. An optional encrypted backup is protected by a recovery code only you hold — we can't read your data. No ads, no data selling, ever.

IS MIGRELLE FOR YOU?
Migrelle works as a migraine tracker, a headache diary and a migraine calendar in one app. It fits if you:
• get migraine with or without aura and want to know how many migraine days you really have each month
• suspect that weather, barometric pressure or a change in the weather sets off your headaches
• notice attacks around your period and want the menstrual pattern written down, not guessed
• live with chronic migraine or frequent headaches and need a clean log of medication days
• were asked by your doctor or neurologist to keep a headache journal before the next visit
• want a migraine app with no ads, no account required and no cloud reading your notes

WHAT YOU CAN LOG
Pain level, aura, symptoms such as nausea, light and sound sensitivity, tingling or vomiting, the triggers you tag (poor sleep, stress, skipped meals, caffeine, alcohol, screens, cycle, weather), the acute medication you took and how it went — and, with Daily Pulse, up to four daily factors of your choice, from short sleep to dehydration to your period.

WHAT YOU GET BACK
• A migraine calendar and history — every attack and every symptom-free day at a glance
• Monthly counts of migraine days and medication days
• Trends: your most frequent triggers, with weather and pressure next to your attacks
• A PDF headache report for your doctor, generated on your phone
• A home-screen widget and one evening reminder — no notification spam

Migrelle is a tracking and information tool, not a medical device — it does not diagnose or treat. Always talk to a healthcare professional about your symptoms.

Free to track, and the summary report stays free. Migrelle Premium adds the full doctor dossier, what you tag most with attacks, your week's day pattern, weather and pressure, encrypted backup, and your response patterns across treatment attempts — patterns from your own logs, not a prediction.
Private migraine tracker & headache diary — spot triggers, PDF for your doctor.

Data safety

Safety starts with understanding how developers collect and share your data. Data privacy and security practices may vary based on your use, region, and age. The developer provided this information and may update it over time.
  • This app may share these data types with third parties

  • No data collected

What’s new

More precise entries, clearer Trends.

· Pain can stay unrated — it no longer turns into “7/10”
· A backfilled entry asks when the attack ended (“Don’t remember” is fine)
· Duration to the minute; pressure on its own, not as a trigger
· Your chosen language survives a restart, notifications included
· Backup without a connection waits instead of reporting an error
· Premium: price and saving straight from the store

Still end-to-end encrypted, local-first, no ads.
