Self-service application for T-Mobile customers who have a contract for the provision of telecommunications services and T-Mobile pre-paid users.

With the My T-Mobile application you can, among other things:
• manage multiple numbers on the same account,
• control current costs for all numbers added to the account,
• pay bills quickly, conveniently and without additional fees,
• view the list of invoices from the last 12 months,
• top up a pre-paid or mix number,
• set cyclic top-up,
• add data, minutes or SMS packages to your tariff,
• manage additional services,
• enable the roaming package, manage internet limits and enable/disable the internet block while roaming
• contact us via chat or contact form,
• manage marketing consents at the level of each number added to the profile,
• use the Magenta Moments loyalty program

You can manage all your numbers yourself, see how easy it is.
The application does not consume internet packages and does not generate additional costs.

The new version of this app is terribly frustrating. It used to work flawlessly. The widget used to work, too. Now when I log in with phone number or email, it always tells me that I must add and validate an email for 'Telekom', even when I've logged in with my email! I've tried uninstalling & reinstalling and logging in first with my phone and my email. Nothing works. After I log out, I see the option to log in automatically. When I select this option it STILL doesn't work! Terrible experience.

A year ago it still worked, giving about 75% of iBOA information. Then it went down to about 20% and now it wouldn't even open, just giving an error message that something went wrong try later. I haven't had ANY Android updates installed the meanwhile. The situation has greatly improved after recent updates, App is starting to be as good as some large providers have beyond Poland. Recommended!!!

Entele Zefonom, cały czas pracujemy nad rozwojem nowej wersji aplikacji. Problem z logowaniem zgłoś proszę na adres: marcin@t-mobile.pl. W zgłoszeniu podaj nam swój numer telefonu. Pozdrawiamy:)

Unbelievable!! it's 2019 and the English version of this app is mostly in Polish! All explanations and additional infos are only written in Polish, even though I asked for English version during installation. I do have eng Android and all apps are so. The SMS sent by T-Mobile has no traces of English at all! (I guess this SMS was about installation acceptance or so, however i couldn't understand this..)

What's new

- Dodaliśmy możliwość prostej wymiany Twojej dotychczasowej karty SIM lub eSIM na nową kartę eSIM.
- Przedłużając umowę możesz teraz wybrać dostawę do paczkomatów InPost.
- Łatwo dodasz swoją nową umowę na Internet Światłowodowy.
- W sekcji „Zarządzanie routerem” dodaliśmy możliwość ustawienia rodzaju zabezpieczeń sieci WiFi (WPA2, WPA3 lub WPA2/WPA3) oraz prostszego hasła.
Ponadto aktualizacja zawiera poprawki błędów zgłaszanych przez użytkowników.
