What's new in 1.4.1
- Past workouts now show their history again: the "previous" column and target
weights read your real last session, even sessions you didn't tap Finish on.
- Plan-from-Photo and manual exercises reuse your existing exercises instead of
creating duplicates; a new nudge helps you merge duplicates you already have.
- Saved machine settings now show on the exercise card and pre-fill when editing.
- After time off, the app keeps your target weight instead of cutting it.
