I am giving 5stars because I love HTX and everything about it. The only challenge is that I always find it difficult to login. Please you need to work on the app so that it can be compatible with those that have 3G , and 4G network. I believe in your country you make use of 5G network of which some other countries doesn't have 5G. So when network is not so strong we find it difficult to log in. To make sure your services is limited to your country alone, please make it lite for others. Thanks

I rate this app 5star...very easy to use and secured...I was having issues logging in for the past 48hrs..and I thought probably the app shutdown or something....but when I tried checking the app on the web, I got the same response..then I reasoned it cannot be the app but maybe my network...if your location is in Nigeria, I am sure you will be experiencing this....I believe it's the government at work..so you definitely need to change your network location so that you can access the site....

As i promised to edit my review once the issue is rectified. I was seriously downed when I couldn't login into my account on app and website. But when I changed the network service I'm using as advised customer service on telegram, I can login. But why your app and your website suddenly stop working with the network service I have been using for years. It still working for other apps. If this issue can be rectified, I will rate you 5start
