Great Exchange! Awesome experience!!! Still there are some issues with the chart and drawings, Too limited tools and the charts are not smooth as it should be. There is too much delay in candle and charts. Drawing tools are very good to drawn but the zooming in and out are way too much bad. Overall I have 5- star experience ✨️ 😎 😌. I can't log into my account because google authenticator code is incorrect, according to HTX app and web version. My GA is synced with the server so there is no timezone issue. Tried to log in after reinstalling the app and now it says my account doesn't exist, even though I have the account verification email from HTX. The security measure derps out by appearing and disappearing while trying a pw reset. I have spoken with THREE different customer service agents and two of them ghosted me.

I have been using huobi for a couple of years everything was working fine, but this time around the app ask start misbehaving you do get order sometimes but you will not get notification for the order by the time you get notification order as been cancelled. Huobi team need to check it up
