The only limitation offered by AI is the time frame, but even here it can manifest itself by adjusting the meditation time by a couple of minutes in one direction or another.
If the device is connected to the Internet, a button will appear on the app's home page that opens a page with guided meditations.
On the meditation list page, you can see the meditations available today.
Every day, the AI creates three arbitrary, guided meditations of 60, 30 and 20 minutes.
Before you start, you can briefly review the text of the meditation or download it directly and launch it.
