You can pay for rides automatically if you add your card in the app, but drivers also accept cash. Payment method availability may vary depending on location.

very bad experience always no drivers and when the driver reach to my location he is cancelling the trip then I get cancellation fees!! ot after waiting the driver for long time he cancelling suddenly and I have to request a new trip and wait more and more. very very bad application and services and customer service are not helpful

Very bad drivers, most unsafe rides and customer service and support is a joke, does not even deserve 1 star, drivers will cheat you and take the longest route possible to increase fare.

Better change the name to "No Drivers Available" or "Cancel" as it's a total waste of time to try getting a ride via this app most of the time. and when you are rarely in luck and get a ride, the car is usually closer to a trash can. Also many times the driver shows up in a different car than what's registered in the app. which is a major security concern!
