I am disappointed with this app. Before booking, the fare shown was much lower. However, after completing the trip, the final charge was significantly higher than the amount displayed when I booked. This feels misleading and makes it difficult to trust the pricing. The app should clearly explain any extra charges before confirming the ride. Please improve pricing transparency and customer support.

worst experience.....booking time showing near to the location then they will move to wrong direction (map shows)..then increasing the waiting time....after few minutes when contacting the driver ..they will say very far ..or not coming 😬waste of time

Not able to use credit card payments. I already reported to CS in whatsapp but they are not addressing the bug.
