Better change the name to "No Drivers Available" or "Cancel" as it's a total waste of time to try getting a ride via this app most of the time. and when you are rarely in luck and get a ride, the car is usually closer to a trash can. Also many times the driver shows up in a different car than what's registered in the app. which is a major security concern!

App has bugs. Customer service has no control over ryde app in case of emergency. So basically, they are useless. And 99% of the time, no drivers. even if there is one, when he get a UBER ride, he cancels and take the UBER. But, competitive prices.

Very poor service, extremely unreliable. You're better off walking, even in Summer 😂. Drivers cancel rides more often than not, cars are generally dirty. Do yourself a favour and avoid the company at all costs. Hopefully this review will save at least a few people from the horrible experience of trying to use this service. I say trying, because actually getting a 'ride' from Ryde is almost impossible. Name of the app should be Cancel instead of Ryde
