About this app

Welcome to the Ramen Joe Club.

This is the official app of Ramen Joe, the restaurant that serves authentic ramen in Porto and Lisbon. It was made for our customers — so that every bowl counts, every visit is rewarded, and your loyalty card is always with you, instead of lost at the bottom of your wallet.

WHAT YOU CAN DO IN THE APP

• Digital stamps. Earn a point with every visit. On your 5th visit, we offer a free starter. On your 10th, a complete ramen. No physical cards to lose or codes to memorize — the piece of paper is a thing of the past.

• Coupons at hand. Your coupons and complimentary items appear in the app, with a unique QR code to present in the store. They expire when they should. No "I forgot them at home" excuses.

• Frictionless reservations. Book a table at any of our stores in seconds. View your upcoming reservations, edit or cancel directly in the app, and receive a reminder an hour before so you don't forget.

• Loyalty Card in your phone's Wallet. If you prefer, add your loyalty card to Google Wallet. It appears on your lock screen, updates automatically with each stamp, and you don't even need to open the app.

• Always up-to-date menu. See the menu of the store you chose, with prices, allergens, and availability per unit. If you know you have an allergy, mark it in your profile and we'll let you know which dishes to avoid.

• Loyalty levels. Curious, Apprentice, Beginner, Loyal, Master, Legend. The first ones arrive quickly. The last ones are for those who take ramen seriously.

• Reviews. After a visit, you have the opportunity to tell us how it was. We read everything. Your words reach the kitchen.

PORTO AND LISBON

The app works in all our stores. When you open the map, we sort the shops by closest to you (if you allow it) — useful when you're traveling and want to find the hottest ramen in town.

ONE BOWL, ONE POINT

The idea is simple. Come eat with us, take a bigger bowl than you wanted, and let us reciprocate. The app takes care of the rest.
