Therefore, we have an application from which you can make all your inquiries, payments and transfers from your cell phone so that you have the information you need at the moment. Without calling or having to go to a branch.

Stay on top of all the products you have in the bank: checking account, savings account, loans, credit cards, scheduled savings and much more. Each product has its description, movements and details so that you always have at hand when you need it or have any questions.

Sending money is much easier by making transfers to Itaú accounts and to other banks without paying any additional commission.

Do you need to cash an Itaú check? Deposit it to your Itaú account directly from the app, up to Gs. 10,000,000 per check.

Remember that to access our app you need your access PIN and to make your payments and transfers, you will need your transaction PIN that you can generate once you enter the app in your profile in the "security" section. These pins serve you in the other Itaú apps and also in home banking.

Make transfers to Itaú accounts and other banks from wherever you are:
• You can view the detail of your available in the debit account, including the amount of your intercheque.
• You have a search engine where you can find an already registered beneficiary or view them in alphabetical order.
• You can share the summary or detailed voucher with your contacts.

Keeping up with the payment of your bills is very easy:
• You have a search engine where you can find the service you want to pay for or see in alphabetical order as in your phone book.
• You can save your payments made as favorites, with the name you want and select them again for future payments.
• Choose if you want to pay with your account or with your credit card, even bills that are past due.

App stopped working after a long time of troublefree use. I tried to uninstall the program and reinstall it but it still won't work. The error message I get says, "unfortunately the app stopped working." "The app keeps stopping." I've sent feedback I haven't heard anything from the bank.

Very good, friendly and easy app to help you doing almost all what you need in the bank, but from your own house.

I am just wondering if the problem still persist with Itau app using a Huawei model Huawei model CRO-LO3, Android Version 6.0, for the Itau App 4.13. I kindly request an answer please. I gave reinstalled the app many times and nothing. Sincerely, Carlos P. Felip
