The application is really good for what it is intended to do. However, it consistently having loading issues that prevents you from doing anything and occasionally preventing you from seeing anything. This can last for days so you're forced to call (which ihate their tedious answer machine) or visit the branch instead. Enabling fingerprint reader is hardly ever possible, amd when it does work, it disables after a week or so then unable to re-enable it again.

Every single time i try to open it,it either takes way too long to load or i have to open & close a couple of times for it to finally work. An extremely frustrating app. Update: literally none of my data/local units shows. I can't check anything anymore since more than a month now. I've deleted app data, uninstalled a million times,it works well only once then again the same problem & I don't have any VPN for God's sake! This app can only get worse alongwith the whole network services THAT'S IT!

I'm trying last 3 days to redeem Netflix offer 6 months free, On my recent postpaid plan, I'm unable to redeeming it, once the OTP enter showing oops! There seems an error and please try again later, log the complaint even do no any response and for simple things also taking more time for rectification, still I'm facing a issue and unable to redeeming it. Very bad service. Thanks
