an app that has never serves me when i needed it. its made to upgrade plans and enhance sales and marketing. when I trie several times to raise a ticket there was always an error and the ticket was never raised. when i wanted to rectify my passport issue, the ooredoo dumb chat assitant proved how it takes me into circles not to answer any concern at all. very poor.

Last update is very bad, ad is appearing very frequently, unable to do anything, after skipping the ad it will not disappear. When you skip 3, 4 times , the app is logging out automatically.

Nothing works as it should be. Even the website on login will show something went wrong while a message from ooredoo says, "You have successfully logged in to ooredoowebsite. This should be fixed.
