For some reason keeps logging out randomly making use of the app inconvenient. Because of issue I now have to screenshot my shifts in order to be able to work reliably. The app worked really well six months back but went downhill

Hi, thanks for your feedback! We are sorry to hear that - do you get any error message when your are logged in, if so what? Do you log in with SSO where you are redirected to a new page to log in or straight in to the Quinyx app?
It let me use this app for a month or so but then log me out all of a sudden and keeps tell me my username,password, or account is wrong when it's not. I even change my password a couple times. The only way I can see my schedule is going on the Internet. It never let me log back in again. Smh!
Hi, thanks for your feedback! I would recommend that you contact your manager and ask him/her to reset your password and set a temporary password for your that you can change the first time you log in with it.

Works almost as promised for me as an employee. But on my app the button for confirmation of shifts I have done is missing and when I tried to report it to you guys directly I was told I need to talk to my employer which is pretty much impossible. To answer to quinyx response: I can view the attests via the web tho. So how come I have sufficient acces via the web browser but not the app?
Hi, thanks for your feedback! If that button is missing it is because you don't have sufficient access rights to perform that action in the system. There is a different set of access rights for the web if you have a manager role and for the mobile app, so i would recommend that a manager investigates this for you.
