A booked shift doesn't show on the app and there is no way for me to contact you to resolve this. You need to offer support to all the app users

Hi! Thanks for your feedback. If you are unable to see your scheduled shifts I would recommend that you contact your manager or scheduler and ask them to make sure that your schedule is published and rolled out. The app is good but one thing that is missing is to be able to change notification sounds, would be nice to know when a new message arrives or more overtime is available you kow its from Quinyx. Would be a nice feature to have.

Hi David, thanks for your feedback! This is actually supported now already, notification sounds are set in the system, in application settings under "notifications". We have 3 categories, and every category can have different sound.

The app has been improved a fair bit in the latest update as of this writing so I'm adjusting my score up. It gets the job done, and with the ability to pin the punching in and out function to the start screen, it's pretty painless to use. The menus off to the side are still a bit fiddly, but the need to visit them is much lower when you can just open the app and punch in and out right there. Pretty good!
