used Tilt for first time on 27th January 5 minutes after stream seller cancelled my order I have contacted Tilt support on several occassions each time I have been told different things firstly I'll receive refund in 5 days then another email saying 10 days ive been waiting 15 days and not received a refund. Sellers excuse was printer not printing label out. very bad customer service in my opinion.

can't sell on the app. what's you to create listings but can't doing shipping details so won't let you list anything.

10 items not received after purchasing them. It's been 17 Days. Had to contact Tilt customer support to get involved after 15 days and now its been 2 days and no repply from customer service. Is this a scamm???
