Citilink offers a demand-response service to individuals who are unable to use our fixed route services.
With the use of this app, scheduling your ride just got easier! All you need to do is schedule your trip, confirm your pickup, and ride the bus. Need to cancel a trip? You can do it just as easily as you booked directly in the app!
You will need to schedule your ride by 5:00 PM the day before you wish to travel and confirm your pickup after 5:00 PM the day before you wish to travel. After that, you just need to check the app for real-time alerts and driver updates.

the app itself works fine. your company on the other hand does not. please put a map anywhere on your website. even just a static zoomable image. you had one on doublemap. why didn't you keep that? also the newhaven stop is just gone, and the individual pdf for that route (terrible system) remained unchanged. you have access to one of the top universities in the country right next door. how hard is it to contract a student for like 3 hours to fix your website?

EVERYONE WHO IS TRYING TO USE THIS APP FOR TRAVELING, DOWNLOAD THE TOKEN TRANSIT APP. THAT APP HAS THE VIRTUAL TICKETS, NOT THIS ONE. I CALLED THE NUMBER PROVIDED HERE AND THEY DIRECTED ME TO TOKEN TRANSIT.

Wanted to install it, I would have needed to call a phone number to finish registration.
