Left my keys in on of the hoppers and notified them as soon as possible. They said the drivers could find no keys in the car. I tracked down my keys using GPS tile and found the car that they are in. Contacted hopper again and they still say the keys are not there. My keys are now driving all around Cupertino and I verified that they are in a hopper with my own eyes yet I still have not been able to get them back. Very disappointed in the service.

App itself is good. But silicon valley name is misleading. The serviced area is so small that I bike around it. So hard pass
