How does Key West Rides work?
- Key West Rides is an on-demand travel concept that takes multiple passengers heading in the same direction and books them into a shared bus. Using the app, input your address and we’ll match you with a vehicle going your way. We’ll pick you up on a nearby corner and drop you off within a short walk of your chosen destination. Now for the clever bit; our algorithms provide journey times that are comparable to a taxi and much more convenient than other modes of travel, making on-demand transportation easier than ever before!

Ratings and reviews

The app works fine, and the bus is a cheap way to get around key west, however do not expect the bus to be on time even with multiple notifications and pickup confirmations. Our bus arrived very late. I would use again only if I did not have an agenda or need to be somewhere at a specific time. Our driver was apologetic upon pickup, we made him aware of our concern, and he hustled us to our destination so we didn't literally miss the boat.

The app worked great for me! I downloaded it and immediately booked a ride. We were picked up exactly where the app said at the right time, and the driver brought us straight to our destination. It's definitely better than paying $20+ for an uber back and forth to downtown from the Hilton Garden. It was only $2/ person!

Doesn't work on Android. My wife and I both downloaded this app today. I have an Android she has an iPhone. She was able to go through the setup process and I was not even able to get through the first step of entering a phone number. Error message said they might be having a technical issue or I might be having a connection issue. My connection is fine.
