This was the app I used the most since 2017, but now I barely open it. Over the last 1-2 years, the updates have been horrible. Laggy scrolling, ridiculous thumbnails (fixed now), faulty search, useless customer support. On top of everything, the loyalty program is chaotic. You activate a voucher that says valid until Dec 31st, but when you get it, it is valid until Dec 21st and in the meantime a new promotion popped up that renders your voucher obsolete, so you wasted your points for nothing.

It was one of the best. Unfortunately now it has zero support for customers. Automatic responses and no help. My basket disappeared and their response was to close the app and the basket remains. It did not. An entire 35 items basket gone and no help on their part. Terrible.

Ugly as heck for the last few updates, worse to navigate, swipe menus make it feel cluttered and confusing, plus store page just remains blank when your search has no results, it doesn't TELL you there's no results. It's also way too bright and there's no dark mode. Further, every time it updates it logs you out and I keep having to reset my password. And I got a meaningless reply from the devs like "we want to understand better" then read the review. This is all the info I have to give you.

Ne pare rau ca ai intampinat dificultati in aplicatie. Ca sa intelegem mai bine ce s-a intamplat si sa te putem ajuta eficient, te rugam sa ne scrii pe contact@bringo.ro cu detalii (site sau aplicatie, pasii urmati). Suntem aici sa te sustinem si sa gasim o solutie impreuna.
