Lately the services offered by Bringo are very bad. Stores with few products, very late delivery, frozen products brought defrosted, lack of accuracy for the stock of products - it shows a product in the app, but when you order, you are informed that product is not available. Today I have waited for more than 1 hour to allocate a courier for my order. I contacted the service Center after 30 min, with no results. My courier was allocated after other 30 minutes. Too bad, bringo was pretty good.

The app literally does not work. When trying to login with an existing account and selecting "Accept options" for disabled cookie policies (regarding marketing and user profiling, not functional cookies), an error appears stating that the phone number is already in use. I don't know how that's related, I didn't even input a phone number and only logged in with my email and password, but because of this error I cannot finish the login process nor use the app.

Works ok to order but only if you pay on delivery or online ( direct when making the order ). The app won't allow you to pay in the app after the shopper pays for the order in the store. " Sorry, we have a tecnical difficulty" This is the main reason behind the 3 stars.
