it's ok, so far I didn't have any bad experiences, most delivery people are great. would like the restaurants and shops to have more options in food, ingredients available that they actually have in stocks or menu(for people that have medical regimes too)and please have product images on everything. I don't like that you can't get products from two different shops/restaurants. also would like more (good rated) places added to app. otherwise to me it's a pretty great app!

Very very slow application... Adding a single item to the cart takes almost 30 seconds, finishing the purchase is a hit and miss, often times the final step generates an error. If the application crashes (and it does), the cart will be empty, forcing you to do it again... Very bad experience, with unnecessary redundant pop-ups at start and before closing the cart. Also there is a limit to the amount of things you can purchase, number of items and kg. Purchase only if delivery is free...

Very bad experience. First of all, the free delivery voucher for the first order does not apply itslef for some reason. If you forget to apply it or you simply changed your mind, well good luck because it's impossible to cancel orders from the app. I didn't find a way. And on top of that, if an item is missing, the only option is to say "yes i'm ok with that". Waiting for my order ( 2 hours, by the way, and the shop is nearby ) and uninstalling right away. Never again.
