The worst is when payment fails for any reason, the transaction is stuck and cannot be retried, meanwhile you are hounded by the delivery person. I wish you could store your card and have the payment taken automatically. I find ordering with Bringo super convenient but stressful and flawed. The delivery people are very nice and polite, but should you need in-app tech support you won't get much. Support cant help with any payment query at all.

Works as intended for buying stuff. However, it has no option to delete your purchase item history, it seems to save data in the cloud and redownload it back whenever you log into the account. I bought an item only once, early last year and it still shows up in my recent history. And to top it all off, it does not even keep traxk of history properly, I bought some produce recently but did not show up in the purchased item history tab.

Once you order something the marketing notifications (Ads) turn back On, even if they were set to Off. THIS HAS TO BE ILLEGAL! I'm not instantly interested in any promotions that become available and I only purchase using the app when I absolutely need to. Therefore, the ads have absolutely no reason to ever come back once I turn them off.
