Horrible user experience from the first 10 seconds of using the app. You can't switch applications (alt-tab) to copy-paste client code, payment code, credentials, etc, because the app resets to the starting page. I'm gonna look for a way to pay online without the app, and if that's not possible, I'm changing supplier. Absolutely unusable app.

hi. well its like this: this app is mostly useless. all it does is show how much and the bill number. no details in regards to the bill and the payments are not kept up to date. today 9.01.26 the app said i made a pay when in fact i did the pay 4 days ago and i did pay in full but split it in 2 payements which it did not even show the 2nd payment although it happened 2 min after the 1st. FIX THIS!!!!!

One of the worst apps. Other than the issues with the login, whenever I try to pay there is an issue. App gets blocked and I cannot retry. I have to wait 15 minutes and then if I don't succeed, another 15 minutes and so on. Also, I had my card in the list and then removed it. Even if on Revolut I cancelled the subcription, it kept trying to get my money until I blocked all payments to PPC. With other apps, removing the card and cancelling the subscription was fine.

Hello, Raluca! Please disable biometric authentication from myPPC app/ My Account / Password and security / uncheck the "Biometric authentication" box.
