About this app

WorkForce is SSM Global Workforce's internal app for managing the workforce placed at client sites: daily time tracking, a personnel registry and timesheet generation.

The app is intended solely for authorised staff (director and team coordinators) and requires an account created by the administrator.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Monthly time tracking per person, right from the field — tap a day, enter hours, mark a night shift or a day off.
• Offline first: entries are saved on the device and sync automatically when the signal returns.
• Personnel registry with fast search and status filters.
• Progress bars showing how much of the team has been recorded.
• Timesheet generation per client or for the whole workforce.
• In-app internal announcements.

SECURITY
• Role-based access; sensitive data is visible only to authorised people.
• Optional app-lock with fingerprint / Face ID.
• Encrypted connections; no ads and no activity tracking.

WorkForce is a business tool for internal use. It is not intended for the general public.

What’s new

Dashboard: a new action card shows how many people are still to mark today, and takes you straight there.
The notification bell no longer sticks to the screen when you scroll.
Managers and senior coordinators now get a company-wide overview: timesheets, housing, people without work.
Fixes a case where the monthly percentage could show lower than it really was.
