Secure online payments now with 3D secure
The new 3D Secure system has become mandatory for any online payment. When you want to pay the invoice or reload a card in MyAccount, you must either have at hand the application of the bank that issued your card, or use the code received via SMS and the password established with the bank.

The MyAccount mobile application is for those moments when you want to quickly manage your Telekom services anytime, wherever you are. All information about consumption, bill, subscriptions and extra options are in one place, one tap away.

What do you find in the MyAccount app?

You can make payments and reloads
You have all the subscriptions on a single invoice, so that it will be much easier for you when it comes time to make payments. In addition, you can reload the Telekom cards from the application, either for you or for someone you love.

You can renew your subscription
Are you in the last months of the subscription? Choose to renew it directly from the application. Easy, fast, no roads in the city. Everything is at your fingertips, as they say.

You can activate the electronic invoice
It is to your advantage to switch from a paper invoice to an e-mail invoice. It reaches you faster by e-mail and you can find it much easier in the application than in the "invoice box". In addition, you get rid of certain costs associated with printing the invoice.

You can customize your account as you wish
You add your Telekom services to your MyAccount account and then rename them as you wish, to make it easier to remember.

Please be kind enough to include the English language for your application. Andalso We can't pay wifi monthly payment through this application. Please add this feature also.

Full of bugs, even in payment area, and the AI is just a delight. The bug was that sometimes it other prices appear than what it should. I had a moment when I paid my bill and then I had to pay it again because the app showed it as unpaid. To call the customer service is exactly like being boiled slowly. Can you add an option to contact directly the customer service without giving me all this useless info? PLEASE!

Iti multumim pentru feedback-ul acordat! Am vrea sa stim mai multe detalii legate de situatia intampinata. Scrie-ne la adresa myApp@telekom.ro mentionand codul de facturare si numele de utilizator, iar noi vom verifica situatia si iti vom raspunde in cel mai scurt timp.

Worst app. It has a lot of lag. Unresponsive if you spent more than 1-2 minutes with it. 3 of 5 times it crashed
