I have no issues with international transfers whatsoever. In fact, the international transfers are fast without any transfer fee, which is perfect. I've got only one issue and that's related to updating information. I'm not able to change my number. The country code is automatically locked on Pakistan instead of KSA. When I tried to lodge a complaint to resolve the issue, it was closed and marked as "resolved" without being resolved. Fix this issue please.

I give 5 star,, because it was fast and reliable and convenient for sending money to love ones in other countries,...but I was frustrating about the issues,, when in every month!!! it got froze or block my account,,.I already call the costumer service,..it was good and well person that assisting about issue,,but in the end...up to now,,since yesterday night. not resolve my issue,..before it was same issue,,yet it resolved by just some hours,... please resolve it.

I made a transfer on 6th March via Barraq. The amount was deducted, but the receiving account was closed, so the payment was not delivered. As per standard rules, it should have been automatically refunded, but it has not been returned yet. I have contacted support multiple times and opened tickets, but no proper response or resolution has been provided. Very poor service and handling of customer funds.
