Braq app is a good digital wallet, like any digital wallet out there, they are some glitches, I had issues with international transfer and raise a ticket, which was resolved in less than 24 hours. Overall it wasn't a good experience, but nevertheless things where resolved after all . Thank you Braq customer service for the good job keep it on...

The app is easy to use, but my experience with international transfer was disappointing. The exchange rate was lower compared to other apps, and the transfer was not instant. Chatbot doesn't help. It takes forever to reach customer support, which said it can take from a few minutes up to 3 days. If speed matters to you, this may not be the best option. Needs improvement on transfer speed and transparency.

Pathetic Customer Support. The agents (if alloted) don't understand the problem and only gives computer generated replies which are not even related. They keep you on waiting for 5 mins for 1 reply and then again disappear for next 5 mins. Frustrating and pathetic. Not using this again after taking out my stuck money in the wallet. Peace of mind is more important than getting good exchange rate.
