Recently I experienced a long time with a slow transfer process and this was not like before. This makes me frustrated and I may change my mind to use your app. Transfer time is very important before it just takes a few hours but now it takes a few days, please improve your service like before unless you are going to lose so many customers, also before there were a gift 🎁 like Cashback, now there is no Cashback at all, thanks.

the app has potential, but it has a lot to work on. first & foremost, they need to be clear in their Q&A. it says the daily limit is 20,000 but then i was surprised to find out it was 5000. i need to send money to my mom overseas, yet one transfer goes through the other is rejected, even after 24hrs has gone by and the rejection reason is never stated & customer service doesn't have answers. I was told the daily limit will increase at their discretion..

Very poor customer support. After having fraudulent activities on my account and losing a large sum of money, there was no customer support representative to deal with, didn't take the matter seriously and acted too late. And now I'm locked out of my own account, and there's no proper customer care to talk to. You only get a helpline that can only raise a ticket for you. Very bad experience, but will be using the alternative (D360) from now on.
