Recently I experienced a long time with a slow transfer process and this was not like before. This makes me frustrated and I may change my mind to use your app. Transfer time is very important before it just takes a few hours but now it takes a few days, please improve your service like before unless you are going to lose so many customers, also before there were a gift š like Cashback, now there is no Cashback at all, thanks.

Iam totally dissapointed with services been offered imagine delaying to credit money sent to their accounts and then after crediting the amount later the amount fails to deliver to an international recepient who needed the money urgently I wouldn't recommend anyone to use this app or bank kindly just use another it's a total waste and disaster their customer care only tell you to wait and to make the matters worse ask what else he may help you with instead of first dealing with the issue at hand

My experience with this Barq app has been very disappointing. A transaction made from another account caused my funds to become stuck, and despite multiple follow-ups, the issue has remained unresolved for over six weeks. Customer support rarely answers calls, and when they do, they provide no effective help. Due to this lack of reliability and poor customer service, I do not recommend using this app for international remittances.
