The app is easy to use, but my experience with international transfer was disappointing. The exchange rate was lower compared to other apps, and the transfer was not instant. Chatbot doesn't help. It takes forever to reach customer support, which said it can take from a few minutes up to 3 days. If speed matters to you, this may not be the best option. Needs improvement on transfer speed and transparency.

😡Dear All, Please, don't use this Barq apps. Because, Barq all services is very bad and delay. You immediately do international transfer with Barq apps, this Barq apps your money not send and not return. Almost waiting 7-8 days. you call Barq help line, There not help properly. So, Barq apps is very risky apps and any problem not have solutions. Don't use this Barq apps 😡

worst customer service, even there is no option to raise complaint of any specific issue. all available options given are limited to specific topic. I tried few times in last 3 days to send money to Pakistan but always error coming as "your transaction cannot be completed, try again later" now there is no option in complaint section to raise such issue, where should I go? to whom I should contact? contact number unreachable, if choose chat option, the reply comes sometime after 15 minutes.
