This is very alarming. I received a notification from the Barq app about a transaction from Tabby that deducted 100 riyals from my account for two days. The problem is, I never use my Barq account for Tabby payments. If there's money in the account, it deducts the 100 riyals directly without requiring an OTP. I never receive SMS messages from Barq, only in-app notifications. This suggests that someone could hack into our accounts and make transactions without an OTP message. Please be cautious

I sent money through Barq 4 days ago, but the transaction is still under review and has not been delivered. I have been trying to reach customer support for the past 3 days, but no one answers the calls. I even created a support ticket, yet there has been no response. This lack of communication and delay in resolving such an important matter is highly frustrating. I expected a reliable service, but Barq has completely disappointed me with this experience.

very bad experience, I have sent payment to my country, it has been more than 24 hours the payment is not received in the account yet and neither they are refunding the amount in my account, it's very frustrating and I am very disappointed with the app it has no customer service,they won't even pick up call , I will never use this app again once I get my payment back.
