No matter what your problem is, there is no productive solution to it. All they will say is to write to or contact us in x, y, z. There is no walk-in store, only online, and most of the time the apps don't work, especially when all your credits are depleted. You need a Wi-Fi network to recharge your SIM. Very pathetic. May Allah help those who buy this service. In short, STC Jawwy is an example of how bad a service can be.

We need better variety of packages, for example with a 100, it should be 3 or 4 types, if minutes only 2000 If data and minutes .... If social and minutes .... If data, social and minutes.... If data, social, minutes and sms .... Same thing for flex packages make it wide Please focus on the 💯, its the auto monthly budget by 80% of users.

The worst application service. The app frequently gets blocked stops opening due to which the connectivity issue starts arising as this is a virtual network hence it is necessary to be connected with the app. Very disappointed from JAWWY support. Giving 2 starts only for the offers they provide. After Jawwy response: I ALREADY MENTION DISAPPOINTED FROM JAWWY SUPPORT AND THEY ARE ASKING TO REACH TO THE SUPPORT TEAM WHAT A PITTY 🤣
