The app doesn't work with the Android 10, its very disappointing that a technological company that doesn't maintain its app updated. In addition, the application working mechanism is very bad. it needs to be connected to a cellular network to log-on, so you can't access the app while traveling unless "you pay for internet roaming". *Note: I have contacted the support and they, sadly, didn't fix the issue nor report it to their higher team as a major issue or at least as regular issue

Horrible experiences. It keeps asking you to buy a new SIM before you can log in when you already a customer with valid, registered SIM. Every second, you have to generate OTP to log in and once you navigate back to check other available packages, it automatically take you back to the screen requesting to buy new SIM and generate another OTP. This is not an App, it is a junk. I regretted buying Jawwy. It doesn't look like it is coming from STC at all.

Lately have had a horrible experience with the app and the customer service. No response in a live chat for over 4 hours (still waiting), fb for a few days. Issues: 1. The app doesn't work with wifi on, or doesn't work at all. Doesn't update a recharge 2. Anable to get a gift, even though have a balance in my wallet 3. No response from any customer service FOR 3 DAYS!!!! 4. last 2 months with Jawwy is a nightmare!
