I have very bad experience with Saco app and website as well. Most of the time not responding and always failed to add delivery adress even the kingdom tower isn't recognized by app. I don't know how they run famous brand with low quality of online services in modern and technology based era. Very disappointed 👎

after spending long time on the slow app and placing my first order! after 4 days I received a message that my order is cancelled and I will get a full refund.
