Very disappointing to see a really good company having a hopeless app. Its a let down and I sincerely hope it doesn't take the company down with it. The app just won't work/load, does not allow any login, cannot check the balance...basically it does not serve the purpose it was made for!! Regret having selected Virgin!!

As mentioned by majority of users, I am also facing the same issue with this App, it takes a long time to open and then crashes...Please let me know how to recharge my account, I am willing to pay. If I don't recharge you will disable my account, even though your services are excellent, my complaint is about this app. Because of this glitch my account is in jeopardy.

This app is something else... When we need the app to the info, that time it's give us hard time... And most of the time it won't open untill I reinstall it.
