A very useless app. Highly disappointed by the response time from Virgin. The app keeps forever to load, has glitches. My wallet balance keeps disappearing without usage. I tried raising the issue through the application and it keeps showing an error, or will restart the entire process to end it with msg 'otp expired!'. First the balance disappeared then due to some glitch the calls are not getting through, the caller receives a message that my number is turned off!

it's my first time using this network and it's completely awful ,the signal is weak all the time , only usable at specific places , don't know when it gets upgraded also it will be hard to use this network again

Why does the application always crash whenever I open it? I can’t access my account, I can’t see how to subscribe to unlimited internet plans, and I also can’t see my remaining balance. Why is your application like this? It’s broken.
