the app keeps crashing and logging me out every month . It's a headache every time until the app decides it's okay to use it . Fix it Edit : After reaching and explaining what happened and what's wrong, they just asked for my id, then bof, they can't help anymore . it's not like i sent it to them like what they can't help unless they see my national id , but yeah, terrible experience with the app, and I have this number since the start of the service .

completely unreliable and has a lot of bugs and errors in urgent and times of need i do not recommend it at all the price of bundles are the only decent thing other than that the customer service is always late and the app over all is a fail with those who want reliability this is not it and those who want a smooth experience look somewhere else i have had this sim and app for a long time nothing ever changes and the inconveniences are not taken seriously at all.

As mentioned by majority of users, I am also facing the same issue with this App, it takes a long time to open and then crashes...Please let me know how to recharge my account, I am willing to pay. If I don't recharge you will disable my account, even though your services are excellent, my complaint is about this app. Because of this glitch my account is in jeopardy.
