I'm new customer and I can say that the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. I contacted them on X and got no response. They even blocked me on WhatsApp and on email, repeating only the same thing whatever I asked. The network is also bad, especially after 12 am it's fluctuate. I don't think I can continue with this network.

One of the most useless app ever. I bought a new sim card and have tried 20 times to activate it through the app but not succeeded.please advice how to get my refund and take back your precious sim card.

The app is extremely slow. Also, whenever my local internet data is finished and i go for recharge, the app will not open. because ironically this app works on local internet data only and not social media data.
