This is how to go to the digital consultation hour in 4 steps:
1) Download the Doktor.De app
2) Register in the Doktor.De app
3) State symptoms and fill out digital medical history
4) Get medical advice
If necessary, prescriptions, transfers or sick leave can be issued to you.
After you have downloaded the Doktor.De app, our digital nurse Anna will support you so that you can get quick and targeted medical advice. After just a few minutes you can speak to one of the numerous competent doctors in our network, get medical advice and receive prescriptions, referrals and sick leave.
• Who pays for my online doctor's visit?
You don't have to worry about the treatment costs: These are covered 100% by the statutory health insurance companies. As usual, privately insured persons and self-payers receive an invoice according to GOÄ (fee schedule for doctors), which privately insured persons can then submit to their insurance company.
• Online consultation hours – flexible, independent of location and at any time
Our medical advice for patients in Germany is not tied to the opening hours of conventional medical practices. Our competent doctors are there for you Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. and on weekends and public holidays from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
• Online doctor's appointment for children & young people
Our doctors also offer medical care for children and young people. You don't have to create another profile for an online doctor's appointment: simply add your child(ren) to your own profile. You can then use the medical video consultation for your offspring.

Do you need a certificate of incapacity for work (AU) for your employer? Doktor.De makes it possible - simply receive a digital AU directly on your smartphone.

Receiving and redeeming prescriptions online saves you having to go to the doctor's office in the event of illness. It is currently possible for us to issue only private prescriptions. As usual, these can be redeemed in pharmacies. However, the costs must be borne by those with statutory health insurance.
