I really wish this company would be more sensitive to foreign students in Sweden. The registration process is an incredible pain, particularly since many of us don't get a personnummer for months, and accordingly also don't get BankID. They also don't publish instructions or emails in English as well. They make everything needlessly complicated, and having to use an app is extremely inconvenient when you can lose signal and it keeps signing you out.

This app is unreliable, but the problem is that there are no alternatives. I got fined because I was awaiting the confirmation from the documents that were supposed to be approved by the people working in the app and still I had to urge them to give me my logotypes. Is frustrating that they cannot plan ahead this and address the issue rapidly but they SLAP cookies and ads like crazy. It really tells you who .are more important. Ads = YES! Provide timely assistance and support? NO!!!!

Installed it because I needed the digital ID. Completely useless other than that. They might as well send a PDF document of the card. There is no English option especially when there are a lot of EU and non-EU students (who also pay a lot in fees) in Sweden and it is a simple matter of translating it. It is 2021 and we still cannot change the language on an app.
