So I have this Stark and another for suspension (ie TRX style device) and I like both. Easy to use. Good exercises. I can use my own music and it's only cut off to announce " Begin" etc. Priced right and worth it. I appreciate greatly I make my own workouts, and I like NO subscription. I have another subscription svc to another app, and will probably canx as this allows for a workout not only based on time, but also gives choice for a Rep count workout. These Stark workouts are well done

I like no ads and the ability to make my own workouts. It seems a bit too basic. Not updated in 2 years.
