The new way of accumulating rewards points is a pain in the buttocks. You have to have your phone on you and remember to get a code and give it to the wait person when ordering. If you forget, you get no points. There is no card registration, so nothing is automatic. You can't even scan your receipt for credit like the old app allowed. The new method is a big step backwards, and will cost a lot of customers reward points, and generate a fair amount of animosity.

App is broken, can't place an online order. keeps asking for modifications that are not required or wanted. You have made online ordering an unbelievable nightmare. And the password reset doesn't work so now I'm locked out of my account. What a joke.

Ordering was fine, but there should be an option to tell the store when you've arrived and what number you are parked at. When I called the store number, the person left me on hold and forgot about me. After 5 minutes holding, I walked in to find they weren't busy at all and had my food beginning to get cold.
