This app is terribly clunky. It used to be good but now ordering a 30 minutes exercise in futility. No matter how many time I put in my email, im told I need to put in an email. Then my phone number disappears...around and round we go. Since the last update or so...rewards are unusable. It takes my points but NEVER adds the items. This is like a 3rd grade class project app, not restaurant chain.

The new way of accumulating rewards points is a pain in the buttocks. You have to have your phone on you and remember to get a code and give it to the wait person when ordering. If you forget, you get no points. There is no card registration, so nothing is automatic. You can't even scan your receipt for credit like the old app allowed. The new method is a big step backwards, and will cost a lot of customers reward points, and generate a fair amount of animosity.

Didn't want to let me do a curbside order because the model of my car is 3. It wants me to add more characters. Why they have a minimum number of characters for a car model is beyond me. Also they don't have all the option that you can get off the menu inside. why can't I order jalapeño cheddar links or country fried steak off the app.
