Absolutely horrendous customer service. The automated system flagged my transaction to be suspicious - great, thanks for protecting us consumers. But I am legitimately trying to transfer money to my alternate account. Customer service's answer: sorry we can't help, try again in 24 hours. Verdict: don't put your cash here. You'll regret it when you try to move it out.

Can't even transfer 1 cent out now nor paynow even 1 cent, likely caused by yet another blanket rule that flagged my account again. I use many banking apps and this is by very far the worst one because of all the consistently dumb blanket decisions made by executives every year that affect innocent users. This is the final straw and I'll definitely close my account upon transferring everything out.

Poor customer service from Shaa. I've reached out to their support team in regard to unlocking my funds account. They asked me to wait, so I waited patiently for 10 and more minutes for their response, but they can't wait 5 minutes to get my reply before closing the chat?
