Suddenly logged out of my account and had to re-login via Singpass. This triggered the 12h cooling off period and I was unable to transfer out my funds... Though funds remain safe, the impact on liquidity may cause issues (e.g. miss large bill payments). Customer support mentioned that there was no way to lift the cooling off period and my funds were entirely locked during this 12h period. After testing out various amounts, I was only able to transfer out $1000 once and not a single $ more.

Whenever there is a notice about scheduled maintenance, the big yellow notice pops up at my log in page blocking my numbers and I cannot key in my passcode. Please resolve this problem. Now, half a year later, the problem is still there. The email reply from your customer service told me to try to restart my device, clear cache etc.. NOTHING WORKS. Why can't you just put an option for users to close that BIG yellow maintenance notice?? Is it so difficult to do that? I CANNOT LOG IN!

Tried to close an account, and support agent said it would be triggered. Check on it 2 weeks later and account is still open because 1 cent interest got credited. Received 0 updates from them. Ok fine. Then tried to follow up with support who then makes you wait for 3 hours to get a chat, then the agent closes the chat after 5 minutes if you don't respond. What a joke of a company. Save yourself the headache and dont bother opening an account with them, support is non-existent.
