Suddenly logged out of my account and had to re-login via Singpass. This triggered the 12h cooling off period and I was unable to transfer out my funds... Though funds remain safe, the impact on liquidity may cause issues (e.g. miss large bill payments). Customer support mentioned that there was no way to lift the cooling off period and my funds were entirely locked during this 12h period. After testing out various amounts, I was only able to transfer out $1000 once and not a single $ more.

Previously utilised GXS before but when I try logging in with my Singpass recently, the app says I do not have an account. Tried emailing them but was told to call them. When I tried calling, I waited for 30 minutes and nobody attended to me. It's extremely disconcerting that they're managing large amounts of funds from their customers, yet do not have a proper, reliable support channel. I will be making an official complaint to MAS if GXS does not get back to me within a reasonable period.

At a start, it was wonderful app and easy. When a payment problem rose, the follow up were fast, efficient and effective until recently. Receive an email that my account was block, i call in but no one could disclose why and ask me to wait within 2 week to 1 month for a follow up. i was worried as to my knowledge i got nothing against the law but still no direct answer given to why my account under review.
