The reasons not to subscribe/download this: I feel bad for this app, The pricing is terrible. I can't watch the movies most of the time. It has a lots of bugs, crashes and errors. The movie offers terrible quality. The logo and especially the frame rate. The screen features and resolution is bad. I can't watch most movies all of the time in the easiest way. The services sometimes lag anx stutter itself even for a new-gen phone

For a big entertainment company, you should really invest more in your app and optimize it not just for mobile phones and tablets but also for PCs and Smart TVs. Allow users to create profiles and be able to put a lock/pin on each profile. Allow them to select the video streaming and download quality. A great selection of movies and TV shows is useless if the app is trash.

Movies mostly play in low definition, and the app keeps on crashing. Our internet speed averages 20-30Mbps during peak hours, and other streaming services such as Netflix, Prime, and Disney+ consistently play UHD videos. With HBO GO, movies seem to play only at 480p. Additionally, due to frequent app crashes whenever we pause a movie for a longer period, we regularly force stop the app as a workaround.
