Five stars. The exercises in this app is very easy to learn. It also has simple iu which is easy to navigate(tho it could use some upgrade). You get edit to the exercises according to your preference, and it supports text to speech feature which is pretty convenient when you want to focus and don't want to look at the phone every now and then. The only downside though is that it doesn't have videos to explain/demonstrate each moves so you can corret your movement. But so far, the app is great!

Don't rate many things but the devs of this app are great. once you get how it works it's very flexible to be able to get what you want out of it. I sent thru an issue or 2 I was having and some feedback to their support team. And within 2 days they were fixed/added. in terms of usage for a small one off payment you can create a session with whatever sets/breaks you want, & adjust the speed. Now you can also get it to call punch numbers instead of words, which can get overwhelming

UPDATE: The team VERY quickly got in and fixed the bug. Everything works now. Thank you for a solid product! A great app, and I will switch it to a 5 star if I can get some help with the set building. It won't let me save new names for anything, so all my sets are "New Set," "New Set 1," etc.
