The app was written for generic cameras it seems. Mine has a micro SD chip slot, but the app doesn't allow me to tell the camera to use it. The camera seems to have infrared capabilities that can be toggled in the app, but there are in IR emitters. The worst part is that I paid the 4.30 for cloud storage and the app doesn't register it. Was that a scam?

It is a great Cam and tiny enough to be placed just about anywhere you want. However, there's a couple things in the app Department that needs to be addressed. First of all there are areas that are written in a another language and not English and I can't change that so that makes it difficult. Second of all I can't change the time zones to reflect the correct time and or date on the video recording. If those were fixed this would be perfect.

I just received the camera. It was a little difficult to set-up, mostly because of the terminology, like positioning≈location. Camera has a clear picture. I bought the better one for a $1 more. Maybe the best one works better. I know, the Chinese are recording all the video from the cameras, that's why there is a lag time! Entry level, don't use for anything important. Seems to work alright for my use. Something to play with, so that you can figure out what you really need for your application.
