I received this product from Walmart for $5 and some change. Come to find out this hiden security camera cannot be linked to your WI-FI if you are rocking a 5G network. Which means you cannot use or see anything bc you cannot Bluetooth the X-IOT Camera. You have to some how find a 2.5 WI-FI. So just a heads up, I'm not a software develope engineer. But the camera is pretty small you can put a SD card in it but needs a power source like a porribal battery pack. Sorry X-IOT. Open for a better one!

First time try to connect...very hard. Second time try to connect, can be connected but only for awhile. After that it keep shutting down and error messages is bug and ask for update. Update also cannot update. Advise not to use this App. I'm planning to throw away this camera. Is a waste of money. Don't order CCTV cameras online, all are bad.

I subscribed to the 7-day rotating cloud storage in X-IOT CAM using my Samsung Galaxy A13. I received the payment receipt from Google Play, but the subscription did not appear inside the app. After payment, the app also became unavailable on Play Store for my device, and showed as incompatible. I received a refund, I'm using another phone now. I think this issue needs to be investigated by the developer to avoid problems like what happened to me.
